transmission jobs, drivability diagnostics, and general repair. This is a shop where

Realistic Earnings Based on Current Production:
60 hours flagged: approximately $1,800–$1,920 per week
70 hours flagged: approximately $2,100–$2,240 per week
80 hours flagged: approximately $2,400–$2,560 per week

This position offers a realistic earning potential of $75,000 to $120,000+ annually for a
qualified technician.

Pay Structure:
$30 to $35 flat rate based on experience
Performance-based upside tied to production and consistency

Responsibilities:

Perform advanced diagnostics including engine, transmission, electrical, and drivability
concerns

Accurately identify root causes and recommend proper repairs

Complete repairs efficiently and correctly the first time

Maintain productivity in a flat-rate environment

Communicate effectively with service advisors

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of professional automotive repair experience

Strong diagnostic ability

Comfortable working in a flat-rate pay structure

Own tools required

Own up-to-date diagnostic scanner and tools

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
